HOW DO I PAY MY RENT?
CAN I DO IT ONLINE?

To pay your rent at the Allterra offices, please bring either your credit card or money order for the full amount of the rent (and any applicable fees). Please be ready with the name and address of your property. There is a dropbox located on the backside of the Allterra Property Solutions office for after hours payment. Check your lease to see when payment is due and remember, late fees will be charged if payment is received after the date.

Tenants are also able to pay online without needing to come into the office!

HOW DO I PAY MY UTILITIES/OTHER BILLS?

Bills that tenants are responsible for are paid directly to the billing companies via their instructions. If the tenant is not in charge of utilities and other bills, that charge is included in the property rent.

I AM HAVING A MAINTENANCE ISSUE, HOW DO I FIX IT?
